(S3E17) – SPINA

A first for Rich & Turbo’s Heavy Half Hour (S3E17)! The amazing Bend, Oregon band SPINA played a song live on the show! I love these guys, and not only did they play my favorite song on their new release, EP One, they also chatted with me about the history of the band, their influences, how awesome the Oregon music scene is, and so much more.
