In the next passage in Luke's Gospel (13:10-21) Zane Elliott walks us through Jesus testing his hearers after he's just been teaching them about repentance. Today we consider

iii) The Scope of the Kingdom of God vv.18-20 that Jesus is calling people into.

Today we are back on the Road to Jerusalem in Luke's gospel. We join Jesus as he addresses a crowd in 12:49-13:9, he's already called to be dressed and ready for the masters return. Now he continues to warn his hearers to
i) See who Jesus is vv.49-53,
ii) See when you're living and
iii) See you respond rightly 12:57-13:9

The Road to Jerusalem -Be Prepared Luke 12:35-48

At the 10:30am service today John Palmer opens Luke 12:13-34, and helps us see where we find true wealth. As we think about true wealth, and where we can find it we'll explore this theme under three headings:
i) An Interruption, 
ii) A Parable, 
iii) A challenge about possessions.

In this service we are going to be encouraged to 'Be faithful to the faithful one' as Dave Clancey, who is the ministry director for the Church of Confessing Anglicans, and tutor at Bishopdale College will open Luke 12:1-12 for us as we continue in Luke's Gospel.
