Sometime ago I was driving and passed a local church of a denomination I grew up in. In front of the church was a small sign that read “Stand Firm.” As I passed by, my mind went to what we were taught those many years ago. We were to take an offensive posture and declare dominion over the enemy in the name of Jesus. Stand against the powers of evil and proclaim God’s victory in Jesus Christ. The extent of my knowledge of spiritual warfare was that it would be up to me to be right with God so I wouldn’t be taken out.

Episode 3 – Rick and Mike discuss the concept of spiritual warfare and its relevance to grace. The importance of understanding the gospel is highlighted as a means to avoid misinterpretation of scripture. Mike Kapler's book, “Clash of the Covenants,” is introduced as a resource for understanding grace.
