A new wave in horror/action movies warned 1970's America: don't mess with mother nature… or a Grizzly might eat your face.

Umberto Lenzi (Eaten Alive, Cannibal Ferox) takes it easy for a change and brings us Nightmare City (1980), a cautionary tale of a society destroyed by its own nuclear-powered hubris... and a C-130 full of blood drinking zombies.

This film borrows from George Romero and Bram Stoker to teach the audience that sometimes, nature is better. Plus, every sixth zombie has an axe for some reason.

Join Brian and Jason as another bizarre movie prompts discussions of alienation, terror, and special effects. They also discuss how women were depicted in Italian and American films from this time.
