Bitcrushed some drums and then jammed back on my Fender AmPro Strat this morn. Hope it's enjoyed. It's a sorta' RockThumper HouseRock bit. Cheers. ;-)

This one was recorded in my own AcoustaTronic style long ago. Recently resurrected the files and ReMiXed. These haunting, memorable lyrics speak just as meaningfully to The Opioid and Heroin Crisis today, as when Reznor first penned the Original. Hoping tragic losses and addictions affecting so many continue receiving all needed support, attention, and coordination in working toward the elimination of this mind-boggling situation. Ain't No Jimi on Guitar for sure, but his influence still stirs my Soul. Hopefully, 'The Hendrix in My Heart' is felt in this respectfully intended, Interpretive, laid-back 3 AM version of but one of many Gems from Seattle's Finest. Wore out a lot of vinyl grooves listening to his completely incomparable style. Amidst all of the searing, screaming, soaring guitar solos, also loved those Bluesy Slowburners and whispery, near-hypnotic vocals. Jimi felt he didn't possess a good singing voice. To me, he was among the most mesmerizing Rock Blues vocalists ever, and his singing always rolled enticingly just off the edge of his backwards strung Strat. This version of 'The Wind Cries Mary' is sketched in my own genuine way. RIP, Jimi Hendrix. Gone, but never forgotten! Oldest story in the world: What happens when couples, friends, or family take each other for granted. Cherish and nurture your relationships with those you love dearly. Don't take them for granted and don't forget to let them know just how much you love them every day......while you still can. Yeah, bit of a Bummer song, but inspiration so often found 'there', too. ;) Kept everything pretty straightforward, simple on this Re-Recorded, ReMiXed 'storyteller' song, originally crafted many years ago.
