Riff Beach

Sails unfurled with The Charvel tacking the bow through the eye of a '65 Fender Twin Reverb Wind. Just coasting along to the tune of some BitCrushed Roots Drums and playing from the heart. Cheers, Mates!

Contemporaneous surfing along with my Fender Charvel Desolation DS2 Pro Model in '57 Studio Mode, along with a Bit of Bitcrushed Drums!

Cheers! ;-)

⛈ 🌊 Calm Before the Storm © 💨 ☔️ - Riff Beach

RiffWerx - 2017

Can you be my calm…..

Before the Storm?

In the cold dark night,

Can you keep me warm?

Like the powerful winds

Thrashing about the sea

Amidst the danger and the harm

Can you…… protect me?

Chorus

Will you be my calm….

Before the Storm?

My light……

In Darkest Night?

Oh, be my Calm

Before the Storm

Be My Light…..

In the Darkest Night

Chorus 2

Yes, I’ll be your calm

Before the Storm

In the cold of night

I will keep you warm

Bridge

Although I’m lost and searching

Show me just who you are?

As I wander through Life…..

Won’t you be my Guiding Star?

The place where it all begins

Might not be the place where it all ends

Let’s hoist our sails with hope

And pray for peaceful winds

Just taking my new Eastman AC 422CE acoustic guitar for a test run. First time, intuitive instrumental recording with it, and decided to add a little of my Maine WhistleSmith Low D for fun.

Hope it's enjoyed? As always, thanks for making time to listen and/or comment. Always, genuinely appreciated. Warm Wishes for Christmas, The Holidays and a Bright New Year ahead. :D

Wonderful 70's Tune originally written and performed by the most talented Singer-Songwriter, John David 'JD' Souther https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J._D._Souther

Souther's partnership with Linda Ronstadt led to her beautiful version of this Original song being featured as the third track on her Grammy Award Winning Classic album, 'Heart Like A Wheel' - released in 1974. The song has been covered by others, but the Ronstadt version is the Gold Standard and more than survives 'The Test of Time', even today!

This version is my own 'AcoustaTronic' sketch. Hope it's enjoyed in its own way? As always, Thanks for Listening. Most genuinely appreciated, along with comments, likes and/or reposts. Many Thanks!

Continued Best Wishes on your own musical journeys, whether you're an enthusiast, performer and/or producer. Music is the Beat of Life! :D)))

This Original takes me right back to the very core of my AcoustaTronic Riff'n Roots! Hope it's enjoyed? As always, Thanks for Listening. Most genuinely appreciated! :D

Come Walk With Me © Riff Beach

(RiffWerx - Original - 2016 Version)

Sometimes we walk this world Alone

Sometimes, far…….from Home

Sometimes we walk this world in Love

Often times with thoughts Unknown

Come walk with Me

Our ways not always Understood

Yet, if we choose to See

Our souls and hearts are Good

Chorus

Find a way to Live…….

(And) Find a way to Love

Leave the rest Alone

Learn to be part of…….

Can’t we find a place of Peace?

In living how we Choose

Why do we have….to Win?

Just to watch the other Lose?

Bridge

Peace, may it find You…..

Or, may you search it Out

Let your light shine on Through

It’s just beyond your Doubt

The differences that we Feel

The shadows of what we Are

The distance between You and Me

Not all that deep, not all that Far

Once there was a Band....aptly named 'The Band'.....They were very much THE Band, too. Featuring Bob Dylan, Robbie Robertson, Levon Helm (RIP), among many other most memorable contributing Musicians in their Halcyon Days. That was many Moons and Tunes ago, but this remains my very Favorite of the many Classic songs The Band wrote, performed and recorded. This version is intended with all due respect to them and 'sketched' in my own AcoustaTronic way. Had done a previous version of this song, but have also wanted to create an alternative variation of it for quite awhile. Anyway, hope it's enjoyed?!!! ;-) As always, Thanks for Listening! Always, most genuinely appreciated. :D

Majestic Messengers of the Health of the Earth.......Time is Ticking. Climate Change is Real! Original Photo inspired this totally intuitive, jazzy Low D Whistle to a Logic Pro X Drum Track I like.

Hope it's enjoyed. Do your part as a Guardian of this Planet. Keep it Clean. Make your voice heard......before it's too late, Friends!

As always, Most Genuine Thanks for Listening. :D

Just some zany AcoustaTronic, Retrofused Fun and Insanity on my Fender Paramount AcoustaTronic 000 Acoustic-Electric. Warning: This one's recorded on " 11 " ! :D

Obviously, some rather 'creative' sketching at best, but also with all due respect to John Kay and Steppenwolf! ;-)

As always, Thanks for Listening.........

The sound of my New Fender Paramount PM-3 Deluxe SB :D

Intended as a relaxing, improvisational Acoustic Guitar tune........

Hope it's enjoyed. As always, Thanks for Listening and/or commenting. :D
