Recently posted an Electric Guitar Version of this Favorite Bush Tune of mine from their 'Sixteen Stone' Classic from 1994. Somehow, in the upload there was a glitch with SoundCloud's Transcoders causing me to have to later update and revise that version. Hopefully, anyone that listened to the corrupted rendering might give it another listen??? Vastly different sound now! Anyway, when fixing that mess, I decided to also record an all-new AcoustaTronic Version, as well. As always, Thank You for making time to LIsten and/or comment. :D

A creative sketch of a 1994 Favorite from Bush's stunning 'Sixteen Stone' Masterpiece....... Also, love 'Glycerine', but need a violin for that one.....Ain't gonna' happen real soon..... Anyway, Big Respect only intended creatively sketching in my own quirky style. Bit challenging to re-create a Full Band Feel as but a Panhandle Poet and a One Man Band. Yet, hope it's enjoyed, regardless?......

As always, Thanks for Listening and/or Commenting. :D

An "Under 2 Minute" Instrumental Acoustic Guitar SongShot...... Analogous to all of "The Noise" happening at this point in time in the US of A......Hopefully, a bit more pleasant listening? Certainly, at least, much more succinct!

As always, Thanks for Listening and/or Commenting. :D Please DO Vote!

An AcoustaTronic Version of one of many memorable tunes from David Gates and 'Bread'. This one circa 1972. Sketched respectfully in tribute to a most infamous 70's Band. Attempting to re-create this tune in any style or version is a formidable challenge. Just did it the best I could in my own way. As always, Thanks for listening and/or commenting. Hope it's enjoyed.

:D

Recently Revised, Re-Recorded, ReMiXed........Straightforward, nothing too complex happening here....... Melody and message don't require it. Sometimes..... Less is plenty enough! ;-) Always, appreciate Listens and/or Comments. Thanks.

Words Not Enough ©

Riff Beach

Original - RiffWerx 2016

The strongest words sometimes left Unsaid

Yet, not much remains Untold

Certain stories rolling around in our Heads

And, there are songs that still stir our Souls

Long forgotten Thoughts

Times when life felt so Tough

All of the Battles we Fought

Our Best wasn’t always Enough

Chorus

The Promise to Love You

Never felt all that Hard

Except in a good Way

For loving you was Simply

My Life’s - Greatest - Reward

Remind me how to Cope

How to pray A-gain

To regain Hope,

My Precious Friend

Bridge

Hold me even Closer

Hug me with all your Might

As I cling to your Soft Skin

Sundown to Morning Light

For you are my Strength

My Greatest Love

Bond your-self to Me

Like the White of a Dove

(Repeat Chorus)

Repeat a Lie enough until it blurs Fact. Question and find what's Real - OR - The Truth Lies Here!

The Truth Lies Right Here ©

RiffWerx - 2016

Their question was When

Our question is How

Their answer was Then

Our Time is Right Now

Negotiate or Fight

Either way there’s a Cost

What’s Left and what’s Right?

Are we totally Lost?

Chorus

We Contend or Defend

Beats Living in Fear

Learn what’s Real, My Friend

Or, The Truth….Lies…..Right Here

Carefully choosing our Battles

For all Peace is Wrought

In the Decisions we Make

And The Wars not yet Fought

Bridge

Pause, Act, Pray or Think

Drift away if you must

Fill Your Glass up with Drink

As Ashes scatter to Dust

How can you trust what they Say?

Even Believe what you see?

Do you wish it all away?

Or, just Let it Be?

Mean 'Ol Nasty, Down and Dirty, Funk-a-Fied, Purified, Low Down Blues!

All Her Meanest Mean Just Don’t Mean All That Much to Me ©

Original - Riff Beach

RiffWerx - 2016

When it came to being Mean

He said, “Now, Here’s the Thing…….

Well, there’s The Queen of Mean

Or, Maybe, She’s The King?”

Was it a Clever Cloak?

Or, more just plain obscene?

Maybe, some cruel Joke?

Or, does she Mean….to be so Mean?

Chorus

Whether a Beginning or an Ending

Or somewhere In-Between…..

He’d ask, “Why Can’t She See?

(‘Cuz) All Her Meanest Mean…….

(It) Just Don’t Mean All That Much to Me!”

She only makes him Laugh

Until He almost Cries

Whenever She gets that Mean Look

And stares him in the Eyes

Bridge

“You can’t hurt me”, He’d sigh

“Why, even when you Try……

With that worn-out, old Mean Routine

Well, you’re just causing yourself a Scene!”

He said Her Love of Evil

Quite bored him after Awhile

Her fits and tiring Tantrums

Well, they really cramped His Style
