That’s how Eunice Hong began. Today, her company OneSystems Technologies powers the unseen systems behind Singapore’s labs, data centres, and factories, delivering over a hundred projects across Asia and $36 million in contracts last year.

But the journey wasn’t easy. So how did she turn it around and what keeps her grounded in an industry that never sleeps?
