Just when you think it can’t be crazier or worse, the judge overseeing the Flynn case goes one step crazier. First, Judge Emmett Sullivan erred in asking for amicus briefs. Second, Judge Sullivan showed his hand when he selected an anti-Trump partisan to file an amicus brief and explore the possibility of a perjury charge. We are witnessing an abuse of power by Judge Emmett Sullivan against General Flynn. This must stop.

General Flynn’s case should be dismissed and forever done. Flynn should be able to rest easy and put this illegal targeting of him behind him. He has been completed vindicated. Yet shockingly, the federal judge overseeing his case violated his duty as a judge and allow Flynn to be made a piñata again.

Judge Emmett Sullivan issued an order allowing third parties with no legal interest in General Flynn’s case to submit briefs to the court, and he has not approved the order dismissing the charge against General Flynn, as the prosecutors have requested he do. It’s a pro forma request.

Thankfully Flynn’s lawyer Sidney Powell is on the case and she has already filed a response to this move by Judge Sullivan. The higher court should allow an emergency motion to smack this down and let General Flynn have the justice he deserves and has been so long denied. Justice for all doesn’t just mean justice only for Democrats.

Last week’s bombshell filing to dismiss the criminal charge against Defendant Michael Flynn shows how top leadership at the FBI targeted General Flynn, throwing out justice, truth, policy, and procedure, to take down a 33 year combat vet because he was Trump’s NSA and knew where the “bodies were buried” as K T McFarland said.

This important document lays out so much vital information. I am going to break it down into two episodes for you. Yesterday we covered the facts, and today we will cover the legal issues.

The Court should grant the motion by the federal prosecutors with all due haste. From the filing: “Federal prosecutors have ‘immense power to strike at citizens, not with mere individual strength but with all the force of government itself,’” and “The citizen’s safety lie in the prosecutor who seeks the truth--and not victims, who serve the law--and not factional purposes.”

Our government is powerful, especially the law enforcement arm of our federal government and the FBI. When people at the top entrusted with the public good and upholding our Constitution go rogue against the law, Americans are hurt and that also harms confidence in our system of government. Those responsible for the victimization of General Flynn and the victimization of the rule of law must be held to account.

The radical left is not satisfied with live and let live. They have to make sure every knee bows to their agenda, even if it is the knees of nuns who live out their faith by serving the elderly poor. This week, the Little Sisters of the Poor were hauled back into court by state Attorneys General who believe our country cannot accommodate religious liberty and conscience rights.
