After a month offline, B.C. is back. But with some news for those expecting more esoteric topics or retro favorites. Due to personal life situations, another podcast, and things getting a bit hectic, "Right In The Childhood" is on hiatus INDEFINITELY! Tune in to learn more. Thank you for your support! Always remember to Stay Calm and BAM!
To some people, this question warrants an understandable "HOW THE HECK SHOULD I KNOW? THAT WAS A LONG TIME AGO!". While I can respect this response, I ask because this question is the subject of this week's podcast. In fact, it's a 2-fer on this week's "Childhood" episode. Host B.C. will go over some interesting, amusing, and (to some) controversial answers. When all is said and done, he will also talk about the first movie he ever saw and how much the movie meant to him then and now.
Before He-Man, there was John Blackstar: An astronaut from Earth stranded on the planet Sagar due to a black hole! Take a look back at this 1981 cult classic that inspired "Masters of the Universe"... yet only lasted one season on CBS Saturday Mornings.
I know what you're thinking: "You're covering one of the funniest movies ever??? Surely, you can't be serious?"
WELL HERE WE ARE! The very first episode of "Right in the Childhood". In this episode, B.C. and his wife J.C. tackle a handful of popular snack foods from the 90s that bring back fond memories for them (and hopefully you too!), as well as direct stories for each. Featured snacks: Dunkaroos, Keebler Magic Middles, Fruitopia, and Planters P.B. Crisps. #keepcalmandBAM
You've heard about back in March. You waited long enough! Our first episode is happening next weekend. Bi-weekly every Saturday starting May 23rd! Snack foods from the 90's will be our first episode! Tune in to learn more and see you soon!
In this new 'retro' podcast, host B.C. tackles various topics from the 80's through the early 2000s. Not just popular items, but those oddball instances that fell through the cracks during this time period. Each episode details items ranging from Movies to music to foods you may remember (even if you wound up being the ONLY one who remembers for a long period of time). Tune in, turn on, and fall back!
