A limiting belief will keep you down more than anything else I know about because, as a quote from Henry Ford goes, "If you think you can, or think you can't, you're probably right".
Not only what we say verbally is important (because you engage another sense - you hear it), but our self-talk is so very important too because if it is poor, it will stop you from going for things that you really want to do.
BUT, it does not have to be that way.
When you learn to develop an automatic strong and purposeful self-talk, you naturally burn down many obstacles that stop others. You then start to get different and better results too, just because you decided to internally say, "Yes, I can', as opposed to "No, I can't".
Then you change gear internally and externally, and everything starts to change for you.
