So, let's begin by answering the first questions; Why was the Southern Kingdom of Judah taken captive to Babylon for 70 years?

We find the answer in 2nd Chronicles chapter 36 verses 20 and 21.

"And them that had escaped from the sword carried he away to Babylon; where they were servants to him and his sons until the reign of the kingdom of Persia: To fulfil the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years." - 2 Chronicles 36:20–21 KJV

The Southern Kingdom of Judah was taken captive to Babylon because they did not observe the 7th year Sabbath letting the land rest. The land was to rest every seventh year. We find that command in Leviticus chapter 25 verse 4.

 Can we be both the body and the bride of Christ? Has God been symbolically married in the past? From where did the notion of the church being the bride of Christ arise? For my entire Christian experience, I’ve been taught, as you probably were too, that we the church, the body of Christ, are also the Bride of Christ. Preachers and teachers refer to the church as the Bride of Christ dogmatically, as a pillar of our Christian faith. I never seriously questioned that doctrine even though I could find no scripture passage from Paul, our apostle, calling us the Bride of Christ. In fact, the phrase Bride of Christ, is nowhere in the KJB. So, let’s look at the passages used to support the idea that we, the body of Christ, are also the bride of Christ. Remember, the Bible is our source of truth, not the teachings of men nor church tradition.

 Revelation chapter 12 opens with one of the most extraordinary visions given to the apostle John. The scene is filled with symbolism, yet the symbols are not presented merely to create mystery. As we will see, Scripture has already provided much of the language necessary to understand what John is seeing. John writes: “And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.” Revelation 12:1–2 The imagery is magnificent. John sees a woman clothed with the sun, standing with the moon beneath her feet and wearing a crown of twelve stars. She is pregnant and suffering the pains of childbirth, awaiting the birth of a child who will soon become the central figure in the vision. Before attempting to identify the woman, however, we should notice that John calls what he sees “a great wonder in heaven.” The woman is therefore presented symbolically. We are not necessarily looking for a particular woman who literally wears the sun as a garment or stands upon the moon; rather, we must determine what person or people this woman represents. Fortunately, we do not have to begin with speculation, because the imagery of the sun, moon, and stars has appeared before.

 Most Christians believe the grand themeof the Bibleconcernstheir personal salvation, their deliverance from hell’s fire. As important as that is, God has a greater divine purpose for His creation. To understand God’s grand themefor heaven and earth, we must go back to the beginning, even earlier. "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." (Genesis 1:1) In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Two realms for which God has a plan and purpose. Notice that heaven is singular. That’s not a reference to the sun, moon, and stars,as they were created on day four of the creation week. Heaven is the abode of God and the heavenly host. Let ’s build a timeline from Genesis 1:1. Genesis 1:1 records the beginningmarked by the creation of the current heaven and earth. But something happened before the beginning. Remember, God is eternal.

 I continue to receive comments on my Youtube channel claiming the Rapture occurs at the end of the seven-year tribulation quoting Revelation 20:5 as proof. Revelation chapter 20 verse 5 speaks of the “first resurrection, ”so that must include the Rapture of the church, Right? Sadly, many will take one verse of scripture out of context and make a doctrine of it. They will then erroneously force application on unrelated passages entirely outside the context of the original scripture. The Apostle Peter warns against doing this very thing in the following verse: 2 Peter 1:20 - "Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation." Peter states that you cannot take a single scripture and make a private interpretation or doctrine. One must consider all scriptures pertaining to a topic to gain the proper understanding of the truth and ascertain the correct doctrine. So, let’s do exactly that, let’s examine some other scriptures pertaining to the resurrection topic so we can gain a proper understanding of the truth and formulate the correct doctrine and application. Sadly, many Christians will not take the time, or make the effort to do this, therefore they will continually arrive at erroneous conclusions. Additionally, please make note that these passages are part of bible prophecy, so they do not include the Rapture, as the Rapture of the church is not found in bible prophecy, more on that later.

As Jesus sat by the seaside, a great crowd gathered. 

From every village they came, fishermen, merchants, men and women alike, even some scornful Pharisees standing nearby with folded arms.

But multitudes do not equal disciples.

The fame of Jesus had spread across the land. The blind received sight. The lame walked. Demons fled at His command. The sick healed.

Jesus left the crowd and entered a boat, pushing out a short distance from shore. 

Many came to witness miracles. Some came seeking bread. Others came to test and accuse Him. They heard His words, but their hearts remained untouched.

And on that day, by the sea, something changed.

He began to teach them. Not with plain, simple words of truth, but with stories in parables.
