先日、小学６年生にキャリアについての授業をする機会を頂きました。そこで話した内容、よくYouTubeやSNSで頂く質問を元に、私が思う「仕事」についてと「どうやってやりたいことを見つけるのか」を語ってみました。ぜひお耳を傾けてくださると嬉しいです😊

Last week, I got an opportunity to talk about "Career" for 6th grades at an elementary school. In this podcast, I am talking about what I think about "to work" and "how to find what you want to do". 

痩せなきゃって思ったらより太った。健康を目指したら引き締まった。自分の身体は自分で認める。誰かのためではなく、一生大切にするために身体を作る。少しでも多くの方々に届けば嬉しいです。

My weight gained when I thought I needed to lose weight. My body got toned when I aimed for health. It is not for anybody but myself to build body to take care of till the end. Hope this message will be delivered to as many people as possible.

３年ぶりに日本に帰国し、日本の良さをとっても実感しました。 基本的に綺麗だし、美味しい食べ物沢山あるし、自然や温泉が美しいし、GNI高いし、トイレの機能最高だし！私たちはもっと日本人であることに誇りを持ち感謝するべきだと思い、PODCASTにしてみました。

I’m proud of being Japanese. Everytime I go home, I feel it so much.  Very clean, following the rules, lots of delicious foods, beautiful nature and hot spring, higher GNI, high tech toilet…. I often see on social media that Japanese people have negative views of Japan but once you’re born as Japanese, your life is basically secured thanks to the government system.  I deeply believe that they should be more proud of being Japanese and happy about it🥰 Hope people can find reasons to love their home countries as well.

オンラインサロンを始めて1年半。リーダーとして人をまとめ引っ張っていくことの大変さを学びつつ、親切で優しいBi!クルーと出会ったことで、自分とコミュニティーに何を求められているのか、自分に何ができるのかを考え、行動に移す習慣を身につけることができるようになってきました。

まだまだ未熟で至らない点もありますが、更に楽しく学びあるフィットネスコミュニティーにしていきます。今後ともよろしくお願いします。

Since I started the online fitness community, I have learned so many things about being a leader, how to communicate with people, and how to run a community thanks to the kind and supportive members, Bi! Crew. I have gained more skills of understanding what people expect and how I can provide. Stay tuned for more fun and learnable contents in my community! Thank you Bi! ここ２、３ヶ月で太り、身体について考え、気がついたこと。「フィットネスインストラクターなのに」や、「YouTubeにワークアウト動画をあげているのに」などの葛藤から、自分の体型を受け入れられるようになるまで、赤裸々に語ってみました。

少しでも身体について悩んでいる方の参考になれば良いです。

I was shocked and not happy that I gained weight in this past 2,3 months, especially as a fitness instructor and YouTuber.

It took me a while to be able to accept myself and body however it looks.

Hope today's story will help whoever have any body shape concerns.

最近、どうやってトレーニングのモチベーションを保てば良いの？日常生活や仕事で色々あってトレーニングまで手が回らない！という声を沢山いただくので、私が普段どうやってメンタルケアをしているのか、平常心を保っているのかを語っていました。

Recently, I have been receiving messages about how to stay positive and care my mental so decided to talk about it. It was a great opportunity to look back my past and think about my personality as well!

痩せたい！と思っている人々が多い中、なぜだろう？という質問を問いただし出た答えをまとめてみました。

アメリカにいると多人種多文化で個性がとても尊重される国なので、体型についても色んなカタチがあって良いものという価値観がもっと広まれば良いなと思っています😇

So many people have been concerning about their body shape and I just simply asked myself WHY? 

Living in the US surrounding by multiple types of people and perspectives help me a lot to understand diversity and uniqueness. Hope more people understand this way and spread as culture.

Since I often receive the question about my diet, I introduced what I eat in a day while I'm on the intermittent fasting.

How often do you eat fast foods or foods from convenience stores?

I reduced the time eating those since I learned how much they affect my body.

What is your food habit?
