Shawn Spears has departed AEW. The former "Chairman of AEW" confirmed this on Twitter. His run in AEW was interesting and had its ups and more than its fair share of downs, but he proclaimed his appreciation to the company and the fans. Imagine...if the New World Order engaged in a full-scale war with the Hart Foundation! If it started after the 1997 Starrcade, it probably would've and could've been the best storyline for WCW.
