  • Drop the Labels Part 2: From Lo-Debar to Purpose , The Power Of Leaving

😮‍💨This one right here… it came out of a real moment with God. Not polished. Not rehearsed. Just truth.

😩Have you ever found yourself stuck in a place that felt familiar… but you knew it wasn’t where you were called to stay?

    ‼️That place has a name—Lo-debar.

‼️A place of no growth. No word. No life being spoken over you.

    But here’s the truth…

    📍 Lo-debar is not just a place, it’s a condition.

In this episode, we’re talking about:

✨ Why it’s so hard to let go of what’s familiar

✨ The internal battle of old you vs. new you

✨ Breaking generational cycles and patterns

✨ The power of movement and obedience

✨ Why God is calling you to LEAVE in this season

📖In Genesis 12:1 and in 2 Samuel 9:4–5, we see one common thread: They had to move.

    🚶Abraham left.

    🚶Mephibosheth left.

    🚶Peter stepped out.

    ❓So the question is…Will you?

    📝 Reflection Questions:

    * What area of your life has become Lo-debar?

    * What is God calling you to leave behind?

    * Have you heard Him… and just haven’t moved yet?

    💬 Declaration:

“I will not remain in places that silence my identity. I hear God’s call, and I choose to respond.”

🙏If this blessed you, share it with someone who’s been wrestling with letting go.

‼️You’re not stuck—you’re being called higher.

  • Drop the Labels Pt. 1: The Drop That Crippled You

In this raw and Spirit-led episode, Candis opens up about the hidden impact of labels, and how they can silently shape our identity, relationships, and walk with God.

Have you ever found yourself thinking like the old version of you… even after becoming new in Christ?

Have you been stuck in cycles of performance, trying to be everything for everyone—just to be seen, heard, or chosen?

This episode confronts that struggle head-on.

Using 2 Corinthians 5:17 and 2 Samuel 4:4, Candis breaks down how painful words, past experiences, and even well-meaning people can “drop” us—leaving us spiritually crippled and stuck in false identities.

But healing is here. Freedom is here.

And God is calling you back to who you’ve always been.

✨ In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • What labels are and how they form
    • Why unaddressed labels turn into identity
    • How performance is often rooted in pain
    • The spiritual impact of being “dropped”
    • How to begin healing and releasing what crippled you

💭 Take a moment to reflect:

What has been shaping your identity more—God’s truth or past labels?

🙏🏽 This is your invitation to:

    Release the labels.

    Forgive what hurt you.

And walk boldly in your identity as a daughter or son of God.

  • 👩🏽Sis, What Happened??🤷🏽‍♀️

    Episode 1 – The Beginning

This is the beginning of a vulnerable journey.

In this first episode of Sis, What Happened?, I share my story—how I fell off, backslid, delayed obedience, and wrestled with pride, perfectionism, rejection, and abandonment… all while still trying to serve.

    I talk honestly about:

    • Backsliding and sexual sin

    • Listening to people’s voices over God’s voice

    • Delayed obedience and its cost

    • Serving like Martha while neglecting heart posture

    • Walking away from ministry and feeling too far gone

    • Discovering that God never stopped carrying me

This episode is raw, unscripted, and transparent. No filters. No pretending. Just obedience.

If you’ve ever felt disqualified, ashamed, stuck in cycles, or afraid to start again—this is for you.

You are not too far gone.

God’s arms are not too short.

And delayed obedience doesn’t have to be your ending.

    This is step one.

🎧 Listen with an open heart.

    💬 Reflect honestly.

  • GOD will Route your enemies!!! #judgesseries

⚔️ Judges 4:14–15 reminds us: when God says “Go,” it’s not just a command—it’s a setup for victory. Before He routes your enemies, He’s waiting on your obedience. Your advancement activates Heaven’s assignment.

In this episode, we’re breaking down how faith moves God’s hand how obedience opens doors, how confidence in His Word crushes fear, and how your “yes” becomes the trigger for divine intervention.

You don’t have to chase your enemies—God’s already gone before you. All He’s waiting for is your Go.

🎧 Tune in for a word that will shift your posture from hesitation to holy boldness.

  • The Unlikely Season: Judges Series

🎧In this episode, we dive into the story of Ehud ,an unexpected deliverer whom God raised up to defeat Israel’s enemies. Ehud wasn’t the “typical” warrior. He was left-handed, considered uncommon in his time, yet God used that very difference to bring victory.

❤️This is the heartbeat of The Unlikely Season: God specializes in using the overlooked, the underestimated, and even the ones who feel limited. Maybe you’ve wrestled with what feels like a disability, a weakness, or a disqualifier. But in the Kingdom, those are often the very things God uses to display His power.

⁉️Don’t count yourself out. If God can raise up Ehud, He can raise up you.

  • GET UP AND LIVE!!! Part 2 #prayerwalks

✨ Monday Motivation: Get Up and Live ✨

This morning on my prayer walk, the Lord dropped one word in my spirit over and over again: LIVE.

Not halfway. Not broken down. Not stuck in defeat. But get up and live in Christ Jesus.

💭 Remember Jairus’ daughter? They said she was dead, but Jesus said, “She is only asleep.” Why? Because nothing is ever dead in Him—except sin. Sin is the only thing nailed to the Cross over 2,000 years ago.

🪦 Lazarus? Jesus called him by name—“Lazarus, come forth!”—because if He had just said “Come forth,” everything dead would’ve had to rise! That’s the same resurrection power working in your life today.

So I ask you: What’s your Lazarus?

    • A broken relationship?
    • Your finances?
    • A dream you gave up on?
    • Even your own hope?

Call it forth. Name it. And watch God breathe life into it. 🙌

🌱 It’s only a season, not a sentence. Don’t let the enemy convince you otherwise. Dust yourself off, speak the Word, and get up and live.

🎙️ Tune in to today’s episode of Get Up and Live where we dive deep into this revelation. Because in Christ, nothing stays buried.

  • I FORGOT ABOUT GOD!! Judges Series

In this episode of the Judges Series, we talk about The Cost of Forgetting God from Judges 2. Israel’s story of a generation who “knew neither the Lord nor what He had done” (Judges 2:10) becomes a mirror for our own lives today.

I share my personal journey of pride and how it caused me to forget God—chasing validation and image instead of resting in who God already said I was. Through scripture and raw storytelling, we explore how forgetting God doesn’t happen overnight but through small compromises, distractions, and misplaced priorities.

Tune in to hear how the story of Israel speaks to us now, the dangers of spiritual amnesia, and the call to return to the altar before the cost becomes too high.

Now, you might be wondering, ‘If you love it so much, why’d you stop? What happened?’ In this episode, I’m sharing the real story—my journey, what pulled me away, and what God has been teaching me in the process.

We’ll also dive into our scripture for today: Judges 1:28 (NIV)— ‘When Israel became strong, they pressed the Canaanites into forced labor but never drove them out completely.’

This word hit me different, and I can’t wait to break it down with you. Let’s get into it!”
