We're back! Thanks to all our listeners for bearing with us while we took our own advice and dialled things back for a self-care break last month. We're now recharged and raring to go and this week is a good one. We're exploring the differences in how we perceive the world depending on where we are on the introversion/extraversion spectrum and how this fits in with how we look after ourselves and thrive in our lives.

Today on Rise, Liz and Julia are chatting about work and, more specifically, the endless puzzle of work life balance. How do we keep good boundaries around work while also pursuing our professional dreams? How do we make the most of our down time to make sure it is truly nourishing? How do we spin all the plates of work, family and self-care while also remaining self-compassionate when we inevitably let a few fall? We don't have all the answers but we hope you'll enjoy our chat today.
