This week we're delighted to welcome Liz's friend Claire to the podcast to talk about her journey from sugar binges to now being over two months sugar free. We were amazed at how many parallels there were between her experience and our own stories of quitting alcohol and we also came away with lots to think about in terms of our own relationship with all things sweet. There's such a lot to take away from this episode, we hope you enjoy.
