#5: Chris is as relatable as he is inspiring; and today he shares his story and the tools that helped him find and stay in recovery.  After multiple times in jail, in treatment, and several nearly fatal overdoses, Chris was willing to do whatever it took to get sober.  And even then, he had to learn how to handle stress without reaching for a drug or a drink. You'll hear about Chris' willingness to get uncomfortable, and how his personal meditation practice changed his life and recovery.

#4: Tony is great at helping others.  He served in the military, he loves his kids more than anything, and he cares deeply about his peers in recovery.  But Tony struggled to ask for help when he needed it most.  In this deeply personal episode, we go all the way back to Tony's childhood when tragedy and chaos seemed like the norm, and we hear about the effects of deployment on relationships and substance use.  Through hard work and community, he found recovery, and now Tony is dedicated to showing struggling youth and fellow veterans that they don't have to go it alone.
