Hey there, my mama friend!
I'm so excited to share today's episode with you where I was interviewed by my friend, Geva Salerno, discussing my journey over the past year of doing yoga every day for 365 days!
Geva is a professional yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She's also the founder and CEO of the Over 40, Fearless, and Free group on Facebook with over 11,000 members.
In this episode I'll be sharing a bit about how doing yoga for 365 days enhanced my body, my mind, my business, my relationships with others, and my overall health.
I'll share the practical ways that I got started, the tools and resources I used, and how I stayed motivated to get up and do yoga for a year straight.... during a world-wide pandemic!
This is a much longer episode than usual, so feel free to pop in your headphones and tune in while you clean house, run errands, or take a day trip.
I hope you enjoy it, and we'll talk soon!

Hey there, my mama friend!
In today's episode I'm sharing some tips to help you get your toddler or preschooler (or big kid, if it's been going on that long) out of your bed and into their own.
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the "family bed"... for other people. It just didn't work for me. I like my sleep and my space, and I need at least 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep to get through my day as a mom and Nonna.
If that's you too, you're definitely going to find some value in this episode!
I share some basic fundamentals to have in place to set yourself (and your child) up for success and then share the exact steps I used to get my kids to sleep in their own bed, and even used to get the daycare kids to sleep on kindermats in my livingroom, without needing cribs, playpens, or baby gates after one year of age!
If you find value in these tips, please consider sharing this podcast with a friendor on your social media channels so your friends and followers can find it.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope to meet you right back here next time so we can rise up together!

Hey there, my mama friend!
Are you wanting to talk to your kids about Stranger Danger and Personal Safety but aren't sure where to start, what vebiage to use, what books to read, or what videos to watch?
No worries! I've got you covered!
Back when I had a daycare center in my home, I dedicated a week to teaching the kids about Personal Safety and Stranger Danger.
In today's episode I'm sharing some tips for you as a parent and some resources you can share with your kids to discuss these sensitive topics in a fun, engaging way.
We don't want to instill fear and panic in our kids around these issues, we simply want to teach them awareness to empower them, while always staying vigilant as a parent, of course!
As promised, here are the resources I mentioned in the show:

Hey there, my mama friend!
Is your family considering getting a puppy? Are your kids begging you for a canine companion?
Then today's episode is for YOU!
I'm sharing the top 10 things you should consider before bringing a puppy into your home, based on my journey for the past month and a half - as a novice dog owner - with my Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy Bella.
Caring for a puppy is a long-term committment, for sure, and a lot goes into it that many people, myself included, don't think about.
The tips I share in this episode can help save you time, money, and frustration in your puppy journey.
Also, as mentioned in the episode, here is a link to the Fenrir Perfect Puppy Course that I recently went through. I highly recommend it to set yourself (and your puppy) up for success!

Hey there, my mama friend!
Today's show is straight from my heart, based on my recent breakthroughs in my money mindset and business mindset.
It has taken many years to get out of a "broke" mentality, saying things like:
*I just can't afford it.
*I'm just not that kind of person.
*Maybe I'm not meant to be rich.
*Maybe this is as far as I'm meant to go in my business.
All of this was mental garbage, clogging up valuable space in my mind.
In this episode I'm sharing 3 reasons why you (or anyone for that matter) are always broke.
I also share a few affirmations and tips on how to use them to move beyond your BROKE mindset!
