During this episode Jermaine discusses 5 of the most important life lessons he has learned during his 20's so far! Twenties can often be the most confusing and difficult decade of your life, just remember to be easy on yourself! One of best things you can do in order to live a happy life, is to be still and reflect on your past mistakes and successes in order to begin the journey to self discovery. No matter what adversities you face, obstacles you have overcome or set backs that you are up against, the fact of the matter is that you are still here and as a result of all the ups and downs, you have developed internal strength and gained valuable lessons to carry with you throughout the rest of your life. I am grateful for my wins, but i am more so grateful for my losses as that is where my character is built!

On today’s episode we discuss the problem that effects so many of us and is likely to be one of the BIGGEST causes for failure, keeping people where they are in life not allowing them to progress and achieve more. That problem is, NOT FINISHING WHAT YOU START!
