Bridging the physical and spiritual worlds! Rosa’s life completely took a turn after a near death experience where she was struck by a car as a pedestrian. Playing soccer at a provincial and national level and later earning a full scholarship as a division 1 athlete and then having to transition to learning how to move and breathe again was, in hindsight, the greatest blessing of her life and the catalyst to her spiritual awakening. Owner and founder of Risemindbody, Rosa uses her story and the process of her journey to serve as the inspiration of her podcast.
