Tony is the co host of Two Brother's One Mic a podcast that is dedicated to helping others understand fitness, nutrition, exercise. As well as some feel good stories in hopes of helping the listeners be the best you.

In this interview Tony and I talk about all things related to our podcast. We talk about social issues from being canceled, school shootings to the difficulty of trying to grow our platforms. We also get into why Two Brother's One Mic was started and where they intend to take it.
