Charles Michael, a litigation Partner specialising in high stakes disputes and arbitrations. He has represented clients in regulatory and criminal investigations by the Securities Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and The Department of Justice. He is also founder and editor of the SDNY blog which covers civil litigation and trial practice in the Southern District of New York.
