The howling winds through the canyons and mountains of LA County last night brought an eerie, ominous feeling to the area; and sure enough, as the sun came up hundreds of firefighters were taking up familiar positions on the ridges around the Sepulveda Pass to fight yet another wildfire......An increasing site on the front lines of these fires:  private fire fighters, working for firms hired by insurance companies to protect certain structures......And we'll check in with the fire lines from Northern California, where a massive fire continues to burn through Sonoma County, largely unchecked......On non-fire related news today, will the death of Baghdadi, who helped to build and lead one of the most vicious terrorist groups in history, mean the death of ISIS?......And Congresswoman Katie Hill announced her resignation, under the pressure of multiple sex scandals and a leak of dozens of explicit pictures of Hill.  Is there a double standard in the way Washington handles sex scandals involving men or women lawmakers?

Google Maps, the most widely used navigation app, will introduce a police locator function.  Is this a helpful tool for drivers to avoid speeding tickets, or a danger to public safety by helping potentially intoxicated drivers navigate around DUI checkpoints.....Congresswoman Katie Hill is embroiled in an old fashioned political scandal, as she faces an ethics investigation into an alleged sexual relationship with a staffer.  We'll go in depth on that, as well......President Trump once joked that his diehard supporters were so dedicated to him that he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue in New York City and it wouldn't shake their support.  Now his attorneys are arguing that the President's power and immunity is so absolute, that  he wouldn't even face criminal charges if he did, actually, murder someone.....And if you ever went into the office while you were sick, you're not alone.  Not by a long-shot.
