I'm not even gonna lie the schedule that made "posting a new episode every week" did not last. So, as of today I'm not going to lie to myself lol. I'm going to try and post every other week. I have a lot to talk about and a lot to say. I have a lot going on and I do find it very comforting letting all that shit out. Y'all know once I get to rambling I'm comfortable so hats off to that but yes here's an update on my current state of mind, my plans for the year, and how I'm felling at the moment. As always I appreciate everyone that has listened to me rant, talk shit, and let out my feelings. 

I'm really getting tired of the whole women vs. men debate. This problem has been going on for far too long and me personally I blame social media and society. Men constantly try and take a dig at me or belittle me because I don't agree with them on their leader "Andrew Tate". Honestly at some point you have to have a mind of your own. Taking this man's whole persona and making it into your new personality is indeed strange. Then wants to say stuff like "feminist are brainwashing y'all". Why is that when women have someone to listen to, guide them, and lead them it's called brainwashing but y'all are so oblivious to your unhealthy obsession of a man you don't even know? That in fact could care nothing about you. The answer is very simple  y'all are hypocrite's and that's oaky but don't expect me to listen or debate with you when you aren't even self aware. 

I've been in my head a lot lately. I'm still working on myself and trying not to let my emotions get the best of me. Most days it's difficult to because my feelings are very intense. I was beating myself up about feeling sad and upset about certain things, but I have to remember that it is okay for me to express my feelings and to feel them. It does take a lot of out me and I get very hectic but I'm slowly handling it. 

Also, sorry for my barking dog at the end I don't like to edit just because I want it to be very raw and uncut. One day I will get to the point where I edit but as of now, I want everyone to basically see that not everything is perfect and to watch me grow and grow with me.

Okay I went completely left with this vent session, yes, I was talking about my feelings and then went on rant session about my bad taste in men. Jesus maybe my friend was right, I am the damn problem, because there is a reason why I keep attracting men that only want to go so far with me and maybe it's because I'm not ready for that shit. 
Who knows really? Only God and The Universe that's who. I'm just going to start living. Being present. Working on myself and becoming the woman of my dreams.

Y' all know how my wanders and I just felt the need to come on here and talk about my mental health. Just Like everyone else I still have a lot of work to do. There will always be room for improvement and that's okay. As long as we try and continue to work on ourselves the better, we will become. I'll always be the first to admit that I don't currently have everything together, but I am learning and getting better. The more I grow the more I learn. 

Y'all here I go again overthinking as usual. Being and overthinker is has always been a blessing and a curse. I will admit that I struggle with being in my head a lot. I mean I am working on it, and I've gotten better at handling it but it's like the small moments really hit like a truck. Controlling my emotions has been super rewarding. I mean I never really had problems with mostly my just my anger but lately I don't let myself get too deep into them especially when I know I don't need to. Now don't get me wrong I will always recognize them and write them down, but I do not let them control me/take over. 

I really do love and appreciate every single one of you for listening, seriously I'm grateful because as you all may know this thing started off a shit show and now I literally do it for fun and I love to talk apparently ...Ha! who knew?

Since I practically went missing on y'all here's just a quick little update on my life. Y'all already know the deal. I am back and will posting every week. There is so much stuff I have to talk about, and I miss talking to y'all. I am very grateful for you guys listening to my shit, me ranting, and me venting!!
