  • Rituals & Routines - Ep. 5 - Progress Over Perfection

This episode is a conversation with Meredith Eades, a former professional skier who's now the CEO of two companies and splits her time between the mountains of Whistler and the road.

We get into the three practices that actually stuck for her after a season of her life fell apart, why she stopped trying to do any of them perfectly, and what she leans on to stay grounded when she's traveling for weeks at a time with no routine to hold onto.

You can connect Meredith on Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

If this one reminded you that the version you can actually keep beats the version you think you're supposed to do, the best thing you can do is subscribe and pass it along to someone who needs that reminder too. This is a small and growing space, and it grows through you.

If something in this episode resonated and you're curious about what more support could look like for you, I'd love to have that conversation. An Inflection Call is a free, private one-to-one conversation where we look at what you're navigating right now and explore where some support might make a real difference. • My routines fell apart this summer. Here's what I did about it.

This one’s a check-in more than a lesson. Fiona talks about what happened to her own routines this summer, what she let go of on purpose, and the small, unglamorous way she’s putting things back together now that September’s here.

If you’ve ever felt like you fell off track and didn’t know how to get back on, or whether you even should, this episode is for you.

Enjoying Rituals and Routines? Subscribing and sharing it with someone who’d get something out of it helps more than you’d think.

  • Rituals & Routines Podcast - Find What Grounds You

We’re back with the next episode of Rituals and Routines after a few weeks off. I had to really give myself grace here because I just had so much going on with summer and being away that I couldn’t get to posting. But as I said last time, that’s the whole point of this space - giving ourselves grace when we fall off our routines but then knowing we have them to come back to, to ground us once we can.

This episode is a conversation with Lauren Most, an executive coach and leadership advisor, and it’s a big part of why I wanted to do this show in the first place. Lauren and I come at rituals and routines in completely different ways, she’s a systems person, I am not. We get into what’s actually holding her and her husband steady right now, while she’s building a business with a baby on the way, and what grounded even means when it looks different for everyone.

  • Perfectly Imperfect: On Falling Off Track With Your Routines

Welcome back. This is the long overdue second episode, and there’s a reason it took a while, one that turned out to be the whole point. In this one, Fiona talks about awareness: why it’s the key that lets you change a moment that feels sticky or off, and how the small practices you return to are what make that awareness possible in the first place.

She also shares a practice you can start today. One minute. That’s the whole ask.

If Rituals and Routines is landing for you, the best thing you can do is subscribe and pass it along to one person who could use it. This is a small and growing space, and it grows through you.

  • It's here - Episode 1 of Rituals and Routines

Rituals and Routines — Episode 1

Welcome to the very first episode of Rituals and Routines. I'm starting with my own — the daily practices that have kept me grounded through the high-pressure seasons of my life, and why I believe the small, intentional rituals matter more than we give them credit for.

If you enjoy this episode, please subscribe and share it with someone who could use a little more grounding in their day. And if you'd like to be a guest on a future episode, I'd love to hear from you.

If something in this episode resonated and you're curious about what more support could look like for you, I'd love to have that conversation. An Inflection Session is a free, private one-to-one call where we look at what you're navigating right now and explore where some support might make a real difference. Part exploration, part coaching. Totally free.

  • What happens when the way we’re working stops being sustainable - Substack Live Replay

Sometimes a conversation just has to happen. This was one of them.

I don’t take it lightly — getting to hold space for conversations like this one. Meghan B. Craig of Regenerative Edge and I come from different corners of this work, but we’re seeing the same things. And the world needs more rooms where that gets said out loud. So, we created one.

Meghan works through regenerative leadership and systems thinking. I come at it through communications, pressure, and the mechanics of how we’re actually wired. We met through a Human Design coaching program — and that shared language made for a very rich conversation.

We could have talked about a lot of things (hint: stay tuned for more). But the thread we decided to pull was something we’ve been seeing that runs through everyone’s lives these days: what happens when the way we’re working stops being sustainable?

Maybe you’ve noticed this. You’re still functioning, still delivering, still the person everyone counts on — but something has gone flat. You’ve left yourself somewhere back there and you’re not sure when it happened.

We got into what rhythm actually looks like versus routine, what it means to stop performing your leadership and start leading from who you actually are. And the systemic piece: why this isn’t just a personal problem.

We also talked about why so many high-capacity people try to white-knuckle their way through alone. The conditioning that says asking for support means you don’t have what it takes. The research that backs up exactly how common that belief is, even among the most senior leaders.

This conversation exists because we kept meeting people who needed it. Maybe you’re one of them.

Watch the replay. And if something lands, leave a comment — we’d love to know what came up for you.

Curious about working with me? Book a complimentary Inflection Session at theinflectionmethod.com/session — space to name what’s weighing on you and start to find a way through. You’ll receive a personalised Human Design report when you book.

Find Meghan’s work on Substack at Edge of Change Leadership.
