Baptism Sunday - Celebrating what God is doing in lives right here in our community. We also continue in our global series and are challenged in the part we play in building the kingdom of God across the world.

How intentional are we in bringing the good news to people? Understanding that how we communicate this good news to others is something we need to think about and understand, especially to other cultures and nations. How does this shift our thoughts on missions, and how it is done. Understanding that it takes intentionality in order for the message to be clearly heard and received.

It is so important for us to remember where we came from, and how it all started. What is our mission? How did it all start? Why should that matter to us?

Easter Sunday a day of celebration, everything we do is based on Jesus resurrection. It's one thing to have knowledge of Jesus death and resurrection but there is so much more that Jesus taught and showed us that is vitally important to being a follower of Christ.

In the final week of the series, "The Beginning of the End" we look at John chapter 17. This entire chapter is commonly known as Jesus's high priestly prayer. In this prayer we see Jesus's heart revealed in a different way than we may have seen before.

This week in our series, The Beginning of the End, we take a look at the disciple Judas Iscariot and his role in the death of Jesus. There actually is not a lot of information about this disciple but there are some important lessons we can learn by looking at the choices he made and his response to them.

This week in our series we look at the interaction that Jesus has with Mary as she anoints him with an expensive perfume seen in several gospel accounts. Pastor Josiah walks us through the story, showing us how Mary's actions would have been against the cultural norms, the others reactions to this. In looking at the story what questions should we be asking of ourselves.

How we read scripture is so important. If we are honest we can read scripture with some preconceived thoughts or ideas. This week Pastor Josiah walks us through a passage in Matthew 24. What was Jesus talking about in this particular passage? How can our preconceived thoughts maybe blind us to what He is actually talking about.

This week Pastor Josiah takes some time to talk about what has been happening here at RLC and what that means for our church moving forward. Understanding that God is always on the move, what is our part in keeping up with where He wants to lead us as a church.

This week in our series, " The Beginning of the End" we look at an interaction that Jesus has with the Pharisees and religious leaders. This passage of scripture we can mistakenly think is not for us, but in reality the words that Jesus speaks is something for anyone who proclaims to be His follower.
