God is with you, even in the darkest of seasons. When Elijah was depressed and afraid, God brought him food, encouragement, perspective, and a friend. God wants to strengthen you in seasons of depression, and He has a better plan for your life!

Through what Jesus has done, God has positioned each one of us to step into the incredible things that He wants to do in this world. But are we taking that position? Are you standing in the position that God has for you?  \

Could you still be worshipping idols? God is not scared of idols, and will always prove–in one way or another–that they are false and that HE is GOD!

We live in a world full of idols and idol worship, and it can be easy to get sucked in. The prophet Elijah spoke to a very similar culture, and his message should be just as clear to us today; God is coming for your idols!

The biggest excuse of all for most of us is fear.

We all have reasons for doing or not doing things in life, but when left unchecked, those 'reasons' are often revealed to really be EXCUSES that are keeping us from experiencing the abundant life we are meant to live! God has a better plan for us than a limited life of excuses and fear.

God wants us to be a part of the miracles in our lives! He wants us to walk by faith; and walking by faith requires decisions and action! He wants us to take action on what He speaks of through His word, so that we can be a part of the miracles He is working in our lives, just like how He included Mary and Martha in the raising of Lazarus.

Each New Year, many of us make new resolutions and plans for what is to come! But if we fail to include God in our plans, we miss insight and knowledge of the one who is TRULY in control of our lives. We need to start making our plans to include "if the Lord wills."
