To live as a community, we must each acknowledge our shortcomings, repent from our sins,and make atonement to those wronged. Likewise, we need to acknowledge God's Grace,recognize His gifts, and give thanks for His blessings.

The parable of the Good Samaritan is used to show how we are to love our neighbor.Through our acts of service, we show God's love to our community. All of them, in reality, are our neighbors.

Jesus compared the Kingdom to a treasure hidden in an open field. It is in the open, but not everyone will find it. It has great value, but not all will realize this. The treasure of God'sKingdom lies in each of us; we need to look within, guided by God's Wisdom, to find thisgreatest of all treasures.

As Christians, we are the "seeds" of His Good News. But among us, are the "weeds" of worldly influence. We need to concentrate on the "seeds" and let God handle the "weeds".But He will do this in His time, not ours. Be patient & trust in Him!
