Ever thought of giving surfing a go? Well, Surfing England has some visually impaired surf sessions coming up in August and September and you could join them in the water for a fun day of learning how to surf.

The Goalball Clubs World Cup recently took place Finland. Hywel Davies has been speaking to the RNC’s Women’s Goalball team to hear how they got on in the tournament.
