Under current law, 94 cents of every dollar in the year 2026 is going to be spent from the United States government on Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and servicing 'The Debt'. If there's only going to be 6 cents of every dollar that's going to be left to spend on all these government programs, which ones are we going to cut? FEMA? The SEC? Roads and Construction? Do you know your options?

We're going to talk a little bit about what's going on out in the marketplace. We're going to talk a little bit about the mistakes that we see people making as they approach retirement.

Why do people come to see us? It's the main reason people come see us, right? That starts the conversation. The thing that confuses people the most, or people have the least understanding of, is what the tax rules are, and how they'll be applicable during retirement. One of the first questions I ask when I go up and start our workshop, is "How many of you have a complete understanding of how taxes will impact you during retirement?" There's never a hand that comes up. That's why I'm here. "How many of you have questions?" Every single hand goes up.
