Happy New Year!  As we enter our 5th year of production, I thought I would share with you what RoadWorthy Drive is and why this program is unique compared to anything else that you will hear this year, if ever!  We take a broad look at mobility - from security and privacy issues to insurance and maintenance, as well as the everchanging technology that gets us from Point A to Point B today, and what that will look like tomorrow.  You don't need to be a gearhead or car fanatic to enjoy our program, just someone who is either tech-aware or wants to be.

For some time now, Chinese automakers have been manufacturing vehicles in Mexico, with an eye toward entering the US automotive marketplace.  In fact, some American automotive concerns have teamed up with some of the Chinese automakers to develop, build and market Mexican-specific models under their nameplates.  Could some of these vehicles be bound for the US eventually?  We take a look.

MidAmerican Energy is building a Level 2/Level 3 public fast charging EV network across the state of Iowa.  Using 50 kW and 150 kW chargers, the network is designed to support all types of EVs currently on the road, including Teslas.

The quest to deliver groceries in less than 20 minutes has finally come to the United States.  A Turkish delivery company is already making inroads on this insane part of the delivery segment in major American cities, with more on the way.  Even Instacart has taken notice and is laying the groundwork to counter with 15 minute delivery times.  When will the madness end?
