In this episode, host Kayla Lathon and co-host Tanshia Johnsoons discuess misconceptions and superstitions regarding black girls, college life, fortune cookies and so much more. Kayla and Tanshia aim for this podcast to be both entertaining and informative.  Growing up, you hear many misconceptions and superstitions from parents, friends, etc.

But no one ever tells you how to decipher the differences between real and fake. Kayla and Tanisha hope to make their audience aware of what is true and false, where certin misconceptions and ideas come from. They wish to tell it like it is if possible.

Spradlin's story differs from most as she transferred to Piedmont University from a Division II institution. During the episode, Spradlin reflected on her time at the other institution before coming to Piedmont and also thanked many of her professors at Piedmont for her success. 

In Episode 7 of Fandomonium, Matt brings on Mike Conti, Brand Manager, Broadcast Journalist, Voice-Over Talent, and play-by-play announcer for 92.9 The Game, located in Atlanta, GA. Conti has called sports in Atlanta since the early 2000s and has called games for the Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta Falcons, and Atlanta United. His broadcasting career carried into and through the COVID-19 pandemic. This episode breaks down how calling sports events without fans differed from games with fans in attendance. What was the effect on the game? How did it change the way games were broadcasted on air? We'll answer all of these questions and more when you join in on the Fandomonium!

In this episode, we talk about stereotypes and being labeled. Doyle is multiracial, mixed with Dominican and Australian, and people already label her due to the color of her skin.
