State Senator Rob Sampson joins Todd to kick off the first hour to give his two cents following the closing of the session at the Capital. He calls out the issues with the “Highway User Fee” and the negative implications this will bring to an already high taxed state. Sampson then speaks on the bill regarding recreational marjuana and the controlling mandates they are forcing through in the process of legalization. He then expands on the marjuana bill with the 300 page report, which he argues could be done in a paragraph as he proposed with an amendment. Todd then expands off Sampson and exposes the purpose of this bill for more control, and not to just legalize the controversial drug.
