Robby & Rexrode

We start hour 1 with the Hall of Fame game starting up tomorrow and the season coming soon. We then get into how Ward looked in the first practice with pads and how he can improve. We then get intSimmonsns and how he feels younger. Then we finish the hour with the O line and D line, and how they are looking.

Robby & Joe react to the Brian Callahan press conference and some of our takeaways.  We head to your phones.  What do we make of the lack of buzz around Ward this season as the #1 overall pick?  What are the chances he ends up the best QB of the class?  Can his style of improv work in the NFL long-term?

We head to Knoxville to begin this hour and visit with Adam Sparks from the Knoxville News Sentinel.  What are the big storylines from the Vols as they open camp?  We have the Rob Rant and close out the hour with Titans HC Brian Callahan's pre-practice presser.

Robby & Joe begin with the latest on the Titans as the team puts on the pads for the 1st time in training camp today.  The team waived WR Treylon Burks with an injury designation yesterday.  Just how behind has that stretch of 1st round picks, Wilson, Farley, and Burks, put the team?  We transition to some college football and the Big Ten has made Joe angry once again.  Should we get rid of the preseason polls?

Cory Curtis from News 2 hops on with the guys for his weekly visit to share his thoughts on the Titans' practice from Saturday and early observations from training camp.  We get back into the reported collarbone injury to Treylon Burks, and do we think he will land somewhere else in the NFL?  Only Cam Ward and Tyler Shough are the only two rookie QBs who project to start this season.  What does that mean for the preseason playing time for Ward?  We close out the show with your phones.

We continue the Titans talk and react to some comments from HC Brian Callahan on rookie OLB Femi Olajejo.  How much could he help the edge position if he's ahead of the curve?  We get more into the phones and what Callahan said about the recent behind-the-scenes video crew.  Is the team lacking fan interaction or is that just a product of a poor team?  Is it fair to expect an on-field impact from L'Jarius Sneed this season?  We close out the hour with the Rob Rant.

Robby Stanley and Joe Rexrode begin the week with a fun show talking Titans training camp.  We get into some of the news and notes from the weekend practice at Nissan Stadium.  Reports are out that WR Trylon Burks suffered a collarbone injury and what does that mean for his future in the NFL?  Rookie QB Cam Ward was getting some hype for his performance in the practice.  We take your phones.

ESPN NFL Nation Titans Reporter Turron Davenport joins the show for his weekly visit to help us break down what he saw at Titans camp this week.  We get more phones and talk about Callahan's 'pump up' speech.  What is the one core trait you want in your head coach?  We hear some more about what Louis Riddick had to say about Callahan.  We close out the week with your phones.

Charles Robinson from Yahoo joins Joe and Paul talking all things Titans, NFL, and training camps!

We start this hour with more thoughts on traits for head coaches and take your phones.  Charles Robinson from Yahoo hops on the show for his weekly visit to talk all things Titans and NFL training camps.  We close out the hour with the Rex Rant and thoughts on the passing of Erin Daunic.
