Robert J. Delahunty is a fellow of the Claremont Institute Center for the American Way of Life in Washington DC, held the Lejeune Chair of Law at the University of St. Thomas Law School until his retirement, served in the US Department of Justice for 17 years, and was Deputy General Counsel in the White House Office of Homeland Security. He is co-author of the new Politically Incorrect Guide to the Supreme Court. It's a fascinating book. And he makes for a fascinating interview!
