What's up rock stars! On this episode of Rocco on the Rocks I am joined by my very good friend and manager, Delia. Delia and I met in college and we share some of our favorite memories from Marist. We discuss the potentials of her being my manager and the things she would accomplish being appointed that position. Delia has also been keeping up with the olympics and has given me an overview on what has been going on throughout. We also discuss the potential sports we would join if we were to partake in the Olympics. We also are joined by two very special guests on this episode, so stay tuned to find out!

What's up rock stars! On this episode of Rocco on the Rocks I am joined by one of my Poos, Jordan. Jordan is an OR (Operating Room) Nurse and throughout this episode I ask her all about nursing and how she decided she wanted to be one. Jordan shares some stories about working in the OR that are both funny and gruesome. We also get to know Jordan a little bit more as we reminisce on time spent together throughout our friendship! What's up rock stars! On this episode of Rocco on the Rocks I am joined by my very two good friends from college, Corinne and Sab. The three of us met on the Marist College cheerleading team during my freshman year. We discuss some eventful moment of being on the cheer team together. Especially the time I tore my labrum. We dive further into conversation as we get to know the girls a little bit more. Corinne is a Barry's instructor and not only does she create the workout for each class, she also creates the play list too. What's up rock stars! In honor of the Tony Awards being held two weeks ago, I thought it was the perfect time to share my experience of the time I went back in 2022. I share a play by play on how that evening went for me. It was truly a night to remember and I am extremely grateful that I had the opportunity to go. I also share the 22 broadway shows that I have seen throughout my life. I talk about which ones are my favorite and which are my least favorite. What's up rock stars! Oh it has been a minute since we have last spoke! My apologies everyone for that. I have just been so booked and BUSY!! Today's episode is just a little life update as to what has gone on since my last episode. I have lots of fun things to share with you all! I went to Atlantic City did a little dabbling in some gambling (mostly just played Black Jack and was obsessed!) Also traveled to Chicago and Rhone Island as well for some press. I recently met Shaun White, ran the Brooklyn Half Marathon and went to a Morgan Wallen concert right after! Since it is Memorial Day Weekend, I am going down to the Jersey Shore to celebrate and get my T-shirt Time on. On our menu for Scrump or Dump we are making a Rocky P Classic and for those of you who don't know that is simply just a tequila seltzer! Happy to be back rock stars!

Devyn has recently become and official Occupational Therapist! Devyn gives shares insight as to what Occupational Therapy actually is and how she has been able to help patients along the way throughout her years of field work. Besides Occupational Therapy being one of her passions, Devyn also shares how dance is one of them as well! She gives us insight on her dance background from ballet, to lyrical, to hip-hop. Carly and I talk about the fun little adventure we had ourselves after work in the city. On Tuesday, Carly and I went to go see Jessica Kirson at New York Comedy Club. Carly and I laughed from the moment the show started to the moment it ended. It was the perfect way to unwind from the work day! We highly recommend going to a comedy show as a perfect activity to do with your friends post work. Since it is Easter this week, we also discuss some of our favorite Easter traditions. I talk about my favorite Easter meal, which are Nonna's spinach pies. Also BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Alex and Jeremy on their engagement! So happy for you both!
