Rock Chalk Podcast

It wasn't quite the week we were expecting. Kansas Football struggled with Nevada in a very late and underwhelming game. Kansas Basketball saw some turmoil with Arterio Morris being suspended from the program. But Andy and Kyle run through it all to pick out the highlights and refocus for the conference opener this weekend.

The Kansas Jayhawks are once again 2-0 to start the football season, but this time it was on the back of a dominant outing from both sides of the ball. Andy and Kyle look through the biggest performances against Illinois, rant a bit about what bothered them, and then look ahead to Nevada.

With both teams taking care of business in Week 1, tonight's game between the Kansas Jayhawks and Illinois Fighting Illini keeps its huge stakes for both teams. Andy is joined by Jeremy Werner to preview Illinois. How much can you take from last week's struggles against Toledo? Have the questions at quarterback and defensive secondary been answered? Do we have new ones for the offensive and defensive line?

Plus, how can Illinois handle the Jayhawks on offense? Will the Kansas defense be able to slow down Illinois with the help of the crowd?
