It was an earlier-than-expected exit for the Kansas Jayhawks in the men's bracket, but Andy and Brendan talk about why that shouldn't be a worrying sign and what you should take away from this season. Plus some talk about the transfer portal and next year's team before hitting on the main topic of the day: the Kansas women's team in the WNIT.

The brackets have been released, and there is plenty to be upset about if you are a fan of the Kansas Jayhawks. From the men losing out on Kansas City and the women being left out of the field entirely, it's hard to ignore the feeling that Kansas was penalized in this year's postseason. Andy is joined by Mike Vernon of The Hearings newsletter to break down the matchups for the men.

After a pair of Senior Night victories for the Kansas Jayhawks, it's not hard to be excited about the prospects heading into tournament time for both the men and the women. Andy starts by breaking down the victory for the women and how the emergence of significant bench contributions raise the ceiling for this team greatly. Then Kyle joins to talk about clinching the outright Big 12 regular season title on the men's side. That includes highlighting some big improvements from individual players before jumping into why the Texas game still matters for this team.

It was a fantastic weekend of action for the Kansas Jayhawks on the men's side, as they had an electric comeback against Baylor and gutted out a tough win against TCU on Monday. Andy and Kyle are back to break it all down. They start by briefly touching on the struggles for the Women's team, and then jump into how this team has gone from a discouraging three-game losing streak to the top position in the conference. That includes a discussion of the key players that have made that possible, the attitude that this team has, and a look at what is still to come.

Just like we all thought at the beginning of the season, Saturday's game between the Kansas Jayhawks and Baylor Bears in Allen Fieldhouse is one of the most important of the Big 12 season, pitting two of the teams tied for first in the conference standings against each other with only four more games. Andy is joined by Matt Wilson of the Between Two Bears podcast and Our Daily Bears to break down the matchup ahead of what should be a highly entertaining game.
