Jennifer Loehding is a health and business coach, blogger, podcast host, speaker, and author. She and her husband have three children, some of whom share her passion for running.  She wrote the book "BEAT THE TOUGHEST OBSTACLES" about her journey battling Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia.  Jennifer likes empowering people to achieve success by helping them recognize sabotaging behaviors—their source and how to get around them.  Her desire is to teach people tips that will help them to have exponential growth. She has channeled her energy and enthusiasm into the podcast—Starter Girlz—which she hosts every Tuesday.
