British folk/rock band Jethro Tull were formed in Luton, Bedfordshire, on 20th December, 1967. Initially playing blues rock, the band soon developed its own unique sound incorporating elements of British folk and hard rock to forge a progressive rock signature, led by charismatic vocalist/flautist/guitarist Ian Anderson, the band left a lasting impression on the world of rock and that is why they are my featured band… Also music from Manfred Mann, America, Sniff n the Tears, Sparks, Gerry Rafferty, Whitesnake, David Lee Roth, Warlock, Alvin Lee and Iron Maiden...
