With a set that includes classics like "Just What I Needed," "My Best Friend's Girl," and the hit ballad "Drive," they faithfully recreate the magic of The Cars' chart-toppers, taking audiences on a nostalgic journey through the band's greatest hits and deep cuts.
The guys stopped by the studio to recharge their batteries and tell us what's happening.

The band plays a heady mix of glam, punk, and rock n' roll and has built a reputation as a fierce live act who have graced stages at the Empty Bottle, Beat Kitchen, Liar's Club, Subterranean, Reggie's, The Hideout, and Double Door in their hometown of Chicago and have performed at the esteemed venues Berlin (NYC), Plain Dealer Pavilion (Cleveland) and Slash Run (Washington DC) while on tour.
We were fortunate to slow them down a bit to see what's coming up for them.

Originally from Dearborn, MI, Patrick moved to Chicago a few years after college. He made the rounds of all the Open Mic nights and even formed a five piece group that played his originals, as well as some covers.
Then life happened, Patrick married and raised a family, so he put music on the backburner.
Then in 2008, through a series of different events in his life, he once again picked up his guitar and songs just flowed out of him.
Ray and Mike were able to stop the flow for a bit and meet with Patrick and find out what happened back then and what is happening now.

Their music blends rock and pop, with some funk, to create a wall of relentless harmonies. The lyrics are personal and inspired by legends of the time. The horn section steps up seamlessly with the funky flavor we have all learned to love, supported by each other to form the groove. The powerful bands of the 70’s and into the 80’s is what they do! Ray and Mike met with band members Tom Schuett and Rick Ippolito to talk about where this group came from and where they’re headed.
