Jeff Allen returns! Jeff has been on the show a couple of times as a member of bands but this time around it was just the two of us. I had a great time catching up with Jeff to talk all about his brand new podcast, Simple Mental Health. We talk about some of the current episodes he has available and what else you might expect from his show. We also play a couple live acoustic songs! I originally met Jeff as a solo artist so this was a nice treat for me to get him to play solo acoustic for the show.

On this episode you'll hear:

• Lost In Space
• Nutshell (Alice In Chains cover)

Find Simple Mental Health wherever you get podcasting. Keep the conversation going in the Facebook group!

Some of you my have heard that my pup Belle has recently passed. I knew I wanted to do something special for her and I contacted my friend Tim to help turn her ashes or cremains into art. The day I met up with him to discuss the art, we talked about his new adventure of jumping on a Harley Davidson and traveling around the country. We decided to record a podcast talking all about it before he takes off this weekend. Tim is an incredible human and I'm thrilled to be able to call him a friend.

I took a drive over over the river into Illinois to sit with my long time friend Nazareth. This is exactly why I love doing this show! I've known Nazareth for a long time but never knew much of his story. We had a great time talking about his childhood, moving to St.Louis, and finding himself in the music scene. We talk about his love of records and developing his skills as a DJ, spoken word performer & poet. We talk about his first solo album he's currently working on along with brand new poetry book!

On this episode you'll hear:

• "Still"
• Aaron Kamm & The One Drops "Cool That Lion" ft  Nazareth
• "Put Yo Weight On It"
