Today we talk about something that many people - especially teens -struggle with: our relationship with food.  

Gia, Ryder, Brooke and Nicole (Rock Mom) get real about a topic that affects almost everybody. 

Being in the entertainment industry and on social media, there is a lot of pressure to look a certain way. But even if you aren’t in entertainment, or pursuing a career in acting or influencing, the pressures to be thin and "fit in" especially for tween and teen girls is intense. 

Bad relationships with food and not understanding how to truly care for and really love your body are more and more prevalent despite everything we have learned about how damaging these habits can be on your physical and mental health long-term.

Today we share our stories, with the hope that we can help some of you out there who may be struggling like we did and still do.
