Does your child know right from wrong?  Before we jump to any quick conclusions, this is a question worth asking yourself.  How did they find out what was right and wrong?  Who was their teacher?  What have they been witnessing from the world or even you as their parent?  Our kids are very impressionable.  If you are not taking the time to impress upon them the truths of right and wrong based on God's Word, then they will be impressed upon by the ways of the world.
