Nobody is completely able to avoid times of grief and sadness.  It is part of the human condition on this earth.  During this show we discuss the importance of understanding how to work your way through these times of grief and sadness.  The key word here is work or action.  We would all like to believe that we could sit back and suddenly feel joy and peace again, but it usually is not that simple.  It takes work!
