In this episode of Rock Solid Radio, Merrill and Linda take on the many questions that our parents came up with during our latest parenting presentation.  This particular episode centers around questions that parents have with screen times and their children.  

Screen time, whether it's television, phones, computers, or video games, have become a significant part of our families' lives.  In many ways it seems so benign, but the reality is that we are seeing symptoms and costs that few saw coming.  Sedentary lifestyles, attention deficit concerns, poor social skill development, heighten numbers of depression and anxiety.  We are at a point where we as parents can't not just look the other way.  We must become educated and take a firm stance on how we are going to allow screens into our homes.
