Who's running your house?  Is it you, your spouse, the two of you combined, or maybe it's the kids.  What!  Kids running the house seems like a crazy notion, but all too often this is what we see with parentings coming into our office with parenting concerns or children behaving poorly.  

When we begin to boil it down we often see very similar patterns; unclear values, lack of unity between parents, confused authority, no boundaries, inconsistent follow through on consequences, and often a lot of arguing.  This does not have to be!
