A jam packed episode with the start of Area Baseball, Softball, Soccer, and the conclusion of Football. The guys then have lengthy discussions about the Football team's draft, the good week for the Nationals, the regular season coming to a close for the Caps, and the big week the Wizards have coming up.

Episode 14 saw a gutsy performance from Mercer after having a few adult beverages all weekend left him feeling no pain. He manages to pull it together to talk with Ty about local football teams playing for state titles, saying congrats on a great run to Luray High volleyball, and JMU baseball, softball, field hockey, soccer, and football. Elliott Good joins the podcast to offer his expertise and advice in the DFS and sports gambling worlds. Finally, the guys talk about the draft coming up this week for the Football Team, the good week for the Capitals, the issues with the Nationals early on, and the absolute hot streak the Wizards are on.

Episode 13 brings the energy and has all you could want. Mercer is fired up about the JMU Football team getting snubbed in the FCS Playoff Selection show, JMU brings home CAA titles in Men's Soccer and Field Hockey, Luray Volleyball wins regions, and Riverheads football continues their dominance. Jarrett McKay joins the podcast to defend himself from all of the "Take That Jarrett's" he's heard in the first 12 episodes. The guys get into a lengthy discussion on the Football team trading up at the Draft next week, the Capitals regular season coming closer to an end, Ty gets himself going about the latest Strasburg injury, and the Zards are tied for 10th in the east.... and we're thrilled.

Episode 12 comes a day late but jam packed with a ton of sports. The guys talk about their golf match earlier in the week before jumping into JMU sports with an important discussion of JMU Football and a good debate of where Kate Gordon stands among JMU Softball all-time greats. High School football playoffs continue as well as a shoutout to Luray's volleyball team. Chris Mercer joins the show to discuss his time on the grounds at Augusta during the 2019 Master's Tournament which sparks a Jack vs Tiger GOAT debate. In DC sports the guys talk the upcoming draft for the Football team, the huge trade the Washington Capitals were involved in, the first week and a half for the Nationals, and the dog days of the Wizards regular season. 

Another week, another episode talking about the NCAA tournament. The guys also discuss JMU Sports and football results from this week that had huge regional playoff implications for high school football. Jordan Biller joins the podcast to defend his Orioles and Clemson Tigers, give his pick for the Masters coming up this week, and talk East Rock Baseball. For DC Sports, the guys discuss Scherff turning down a large contract, Vrana getting healthy scratched, the Caps as a whole, the Nationals being postponed with Covid, and finally the weekly wrap-up of the Wizards.

After another long work week for the guys, they're able to get the recording in late Sunday night. The 10th episode featured plenty of JMU teams in action with a few of them even competing in end-of-the-year conference tournaments. High school football revs up with some great games on the slate for the upcoming week. 10th round draft pick, Austin Nicely, joins the pod to discuss his decision to go straight to the pros out of high school instead of playing at UVA, his time in the minors, and the importance of competing in more than just one sport. The guys round out the rest of the podcast with talks on free agent pickups for the Football Team, Ovechkin scoring 11 goals in 11 games for the red hot Caps, Opening Day coming up this week for the Nationals, and another slow week for the Zards after trading away Mo Wagner.

A longer pod for an awesome week. The guys talk NCAA Tournament and the carnage going on in their personal brackets. After that they talk about JMU Sports and High School Football. Some huge games this week including QB showdowns between Rockbridge and Broadway, first win for TA over Harrisonburg since 2016, and Waynesboro's first win since 2017 period. Mike Martin joins the guys to discuss his Athletic Training business Next Level Athletic Development as well as his memories along the way. The Football Team made huge signings, the Caps keep winning, the Nats are heating up for the season, and the Wizards have returned to reality.

After taking a week off last week because of busy schedules, the guys were back with plenty to talk about. After discussing the Player's Championship and golf in general, the guys dug into about every JMU sport imaginable as well as local football. Before moving on to their usual DC Sports talk, the guys talked about the NCAA Tournament coming up and who their favorites for the title are. Finally, the guys talked free agency, franchise tags, and signings with the Football Team, excitement and suspensions for the Capitals, spring training updates for the Nationals, and how the Wizards have come back down to earth.

After a tough week in Page County, the guys try to provide a way to get your mind off the tragedy we faced this week. They talk about all JMU Sports this weekend including a win for JMU football and they set the stage for both Men's and Women's basketball tournaments coming up in the next week and a half. Newly crowned State Championship-winning head coach Joe Lucas joins the podcast to look back on the year he and his team had. Finally, the guys discuss the Football Team's possible draft outcomes, the great week for the Capitals and Wizards, and Spring Training starting for the Nationals.
