Wow, is the republicans nomination process out of whack. The Donald solidified his position with the departure of the vile cruz guy. Who finally showed up for the job he was elected to do as senator. Others in his party are not to happy to see him. All the guy has done in the Senate is a very poorly done reading of Green Eggs and Ham. This Grampa Munster look alike [Apologies to Al Lewis] with the close to a chipmunk voice didn't even have the decency to tell his staff he was dropping out. Many of his campaign workers feel let down. Just think how intense that feeling of betrayal would be if he had been elected. Oh yeah , those that voted for him as a Senator feel it already. With the passing of Prince yesterday I was again transported back to when I was a kid and the Righteous Brothers had a hit called Rock and Roll Heaven. In it the guys say "If there's a rock and roll heaven you know they have a helluva band". Rock and Roll Heaven had Otis Redding and Jimi Hendrix. In the years to come John Lennon and Freddy Mercury joined the gang while Jim Morrison smokes in the corner. The Elvis of the 80's generation released 33 albums of varied styles and acceptance.
